For New Secretary..
Secretary really so bad?!
Really so don't like it?
Just wanna say that secretary is not as bad as you think.
I don't know would you come here mah..
But just wanna told you somethings..
Be secretary,
--Try to be friends with xleaders as you need their helps...
--Always find teachers, asking them the latest news...
--Communicate with your assistant, you need his helps..
--Have a great relationship with hsl and ahsl....
--Be ready to write any kind of letters, there won't always be a sample for you to copy.. (like during my years, i've written more than 5 kinds of new letters)
--Always update the activities participated or organized by our unit....
--Lastly, can starting doing annual report now liaw....

*and be ready that your room will be full with files and papers.... lolx
